【基本情況】 I graduated from the university of Hong Kong in year 2000. After that I worked in different law firms. Until the last few years I felt tired in doing the legal work and would like to change my career like teaching English to young people.

I am a 2025 HKDSE graduate, currently in HKU, with prior experience studying for the Chinese Gaokao before switching to HKDSE. I scored 7.5 in IELTS at age 16 (including 9.0 in Reading) through self‑study using AI tools and YouTube, applying comprehensive input, deliberate practice, and targeted exam techniques. In HKDSE, I achieved 5** in both English Reading and Speaking. When I tutor, I focus not only on subject knowledge but also on study strategies and learning how to learn. I teach students how to use modern tools such as generative AI effectively and safely to support their studies. I am especially committed to helping students build intrinsic motivation, so they can become more independent, confident learners in the long term.
