Hi! My name is Haram Yoon, I am a Year 3 law student studying in CUHK. I went through the GCE A-level British international school system and achieved top grades in English Language and English Literature as well as History, Business, Philosophy, Economics and Mathematics. I have 3+ years of private tutoring experience as well as teaching in tutorial centers, during which I had the opportunity to learn how to tailor-make lessons according to the students’ abilities and interests to help them be consistently engaged in their lessons. I am a 24-year old University graduate in Mathematics, studying overseas in Canada at the University of British Columbia, and in Singapore at the National University of Singapore (all taught in English). I have experience with tutoring international students in a patient and empathetic manner. As a product of my studies and experiences, I have a strong sense of breaking complex problems down into simple and comprehensible components, and I am eager to share these skills with students. I have maintained a place on the Dean's Honour List for academic excellence in my university studies, and have participated in informal private tutoring programmes to apply what I’ve learned in a constructive way for others.
