I’m an English Language and Literature tutor, specialising in analytical writing. I achieved a perfect 20/20 for my IB English Language and Literature Paper 1 unseen analysis, and I help students develop clear, high-scoring analysis as well as exam-ready writing skills. I also support students in crafting insightful arguments about literary texts. I’m available to tutor students of all ages and levels. Hello there! My name is Shun and I'm a recent Y13 graduate from Renaissance College Hong Kong. I currently have a predicted 7 in English LangLit SL scored 20/20 on Paper 1 twice and 24-25/25 on Paper 2) and Design Technology HL (scored 7 in my IA - can offer advice on CAD-based software such as Fusion360 and AutoCAD). I also have a high 6 in Mathematics AASL (scoring 70%+ on all of my tests; I understand the syllabus well and can teach you all of the foundational skills in this subject so that you can learn to recognize question types). In terms of tutoring experience, I've worked with children from primary to secondary school level, including helping local DSE students at LST Wong Chung Ming Secondary School with making english presentations, or volunteering for the Kids4Kids Buddy Reading Program where I taught english to young children via interactive games and activities.
