本人為2025年DSE畢業生，暫未釋出成績，就讀於基督教崇真中學。鋼琴在2022年到達英國皇家音樂學院八級水準，曾考2468級均有證書。並於2022年春季音樂節獲得個人演奏八級組別第三名成績。 未曾有教琴經歷，但於校內擔任過司琴以及合唱團員。亦擔任prefect captain，領袖生，peermentor，班會主席等職務。擅於交流，能以細心包容的態度授課。

I am this year’s Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination candidate. And I have just finished my secondary education. I have acquired both music theory grade 5(merit) and piano grade 8(merit) Moreover, i was born in a family that prioritises music knowledge. My aunt is a piano teacher for over 30 years. My father whom was once in a band plays a role as a guitarist. This allows me to have great strength in performing and teaching. As they always lend me new knowledge that I never had opportunity to see. Throughout the meantime, I hope to enhance my teaching skills and learn more about this field of career in a more practical way. By teaching others. I believe I am capable of teaching students from beginners to intermediate levels. I am also capable of teaching students in English and Chinese, expanding the diversity of students that I can teach.

After finishing secondary school in Hong Kong, I moved to the UK and spent over a decade in London studying and working. I'm fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and I'm confident teaching in all three languages. Now back in Hong Kong, I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with students. I have a passion for education and enjoy sharing practical learning strategies and problem-solving techniques that go beyond memorisation. I hold a degree in Music from King's College London and Royal Academy of Music, and a master's degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Westminster. Over the years, I've built a strong background in data analysis and software development, which has sharpened my analytical and logical thinking — skills I now use to help students understand not just the "how" but the "why" behind every problem. Although I haven't formally taught at a tutoring centre, I've spent years mentoring students privately, and running training sessions at work, helping teams learn new tools and concepts. I also supported my younger sister with her studies, helping her gain admission to the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I enjoy working with learners of all levels and always adapt my teaching to suit each student's pace and needs. I'm patient, clear in my explanations, and great at using real-life examples to make abstract ideas click. I can also share my own study notes and extra practice materials where needed. My schedule is flexible, and I'm available for both online and in-person lessons.

I integrate repertoire from different countries and periods into my teaching to enrich student's learning experiences and help them find interest and a lifelong love for music. 5. Interest is the best teacher. Through engaging and interactive lesson designs, I aim to make music learning a fun and exploratory process, inspiring students to find self-motivation in their learning.
