在小學時開始接觸中國和國際象棋，從此便愛上棋藝活動。初中後到外國留學，但對象棋的熱誠沒有隨年月減退，每天總會下一兩盤。 大學畢業後回流香港工作，除了在銀行上班之外，我大部分時間都是花在棋藝教學上; 每一個學期，我都會到不同的中小學及興趣班教授學生下棋技巧。本人個性開朗隨和，喜歡和學生交流。是一位有熱誠有愛心的棋藝班導師。

I'm a 35yo non-local, non-traditional student at CityU. I'm especially creative, having designed a new sport and 2 board games. That's because I have a unique way of solving problems through out-of-the-box thinking patterns. If your child(ren) is creative, I can help develop them into by sharing related skills. Even if you think your child is not, I can help nurture the creativity within them without much difficulty. [Personal achievement] I got a score of 1530 in SAT with only 1 try. My other inventions include a new food dish, and an upcoming new musical instrument. [Teaching experience] I tutored secondary students in Math, Physics, and other subjects. My strength is English, for I have an 8-band score in IELTS. [Personal advantage] I design my own courses. My teaching philosophy is that, when a person is interested in something, they will pursue it enthusiastically without any need for external motivation. So my lessons focus on rousing in the student the love for a particular subject, and after that they will do lots of further study all on their own. Combine such an intense interest with creativity, and your child will have already possessed the formula for breakthrough successes.

Hi, I'm an experienced English tutor who graduated from the University of Texas in USA and recently returned to Hong Kong. I specialize in helping students improve their English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
