本人於畢業於香港浸會大學視覺藝術院，並於2018年度畢業展獲得最佳西畫獎，擁有兩年於畫室、中學及私人教授繪畫經驗。教學內容包括教授不同顔料 (塑膠彩、油彩、油粉彩、水彩等) 之應用技巧、視覺元素知識 (明暗對比、顏色、空間、造型等) 以及不同藝術時期的表現手法。 創意藝術有助於兒童個人發展，在藝術創作過程中，小朋友學會分析和解決問題，建立自信心。如今，混合媒體已成為當代藝術的一種趨勢。 課程能讓學生體驗到不同形式的媒體在藝術創作中的應用，發揮無邊界的想像。我希望學生在鼓舞和歡樂的氛圍下享受繪畫，激發孩童無限創造力，體現藝術自由表現的精神。 Hi! My name is Cathy Chau. I am passionate about painting and truly believe that art gives full expression to human kindness which leads us to a better world. After four years of education in HKBU AVA, I have acquired numerous skills in the field of painting, a knowledge of art history, and experiences in the creation and exhibition of my work. I believe creative art helps the personal development of children. During the process of art creation, students learn to analyze and problem-solve. It also helps to build self-confidence in their ability and caters to the idea of learner diversity very nicely. I hope students enjoy painting under an encouraging, supportive and joyful atmosphere.
