I was born, raised and educated in the UK (native English, fluent Cantonese) and permanently moved to Hong Kong 18 months ago and have since been working as a engineering consultant, delivering largeorscale construction projects (buildings, bridges, theatres and airports). I have over 3 years of professional work experience and 18 months of which as a University Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London. I graduated Top of Class from the University of Edinburgh in Civil Engineering and gained a First Class Honours degree and won four university academic awards. I then went onto study a master's degree at Imperial College London in Advanced Structural Engineering and was awarded a Distinction. My unique career also includes experience tutoring university undergraduate and postgraduate classes as a Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London when I was studying for a PhD in 3D Printing and Structural Engineering at Imperial College London (EPSRC Scholar), where I won a further two university awards and published several international conference papers. I can provide tutoring to student (primary, secondary and university levels) for enhancing productivity, study skills, revision and learning techniques in the areas of English (speaking, listening, writing), Mathematics, Physics and Engineering. This is something I feel very strongly about or, from my personal experience, appreciate that learning is a continuous process and not an instant "quick fix" for a pass.
