自七歲習琴，師承澳門著名鋼琴家蔡崇力大師及其門生Ricky Ng，十三歲時修畢英國倫敦皇家音樂學院（ABRSM) 鋼琴八級。於1999至2002年間隨小提琴老師馬俊強先生修畢小提琴及大提琴八級。 Rachel started her piano at 7 with the well famous Piano Master Mr. Choi, Sown Le and his student- Ricky Ng. She done her ABRSM Grade 8 piano at her 13 and gained her grade 8 on both violin and cello by studying with Mr. CK Ma in between the year of 1999-2002. 移居澳洲後，跟隨塔斯曼尼亞大學 (University of Tasmania, Conservatorium of Music) 鋼琴部總監 Ms Shan Deng (Head of the Keyboard Department)習琴，並於2006 年畢業於(主修) 鋼琴音樂學位 (副修小提琴)。 Rachel continued her music study with Ms Shan Deng who is the head of the keyboard department in the University of Tasmania, Conservatorium of Music. Rachel graduated in BMUS in 2006 which majoring on piano and minoring in violin. 畢業後回港從2006年至2010年間於超過二十所幼稚園及小學校任教英語和音樂。2010年加入「奧地利維也納音樂考試評核局」(亞太區香港總部)從事有關鋼琴及小提琴的古典音樂工作，音樂考試及幼兒音樂教育（ECME）發展事宜。 Rachel had worked over 20 schools along the year from 21176789 as an English and Music teacher after she returned in Hong Kong since 2006. She joined the Vienna Music Examination Board in 2010 and working on the children music education and the development of classical music (piano and violin) for the examination. 2013年間同時擔任音樂監製助理，主要協助管理監製和歌手的音樂製作業務以及各演唱會細節的安排。曾合作歌手包括梁詠琪，楊千嬅，李心潔，陳柏宇等。 In 2013, Rachel worked as a Music Production Assistant mainly assisting the managing in production or artists as well as arranging the details of the concerts. 自2021年至今於君匠音樂學院任教。擔任考試伴奏、合唱團助理以及負責鋼琴部課程發展等。 Rachel is now teaching the Maestro Arts School of Music since 2021.She mainly served as an accompanist, choir assistant and responsible for the development of piano department.
