Hi! I'm Amy from South Korea, and I'm currently specializing in Biomedical Science at the University of Hong Kong. I achieved A* grades in both Biology and Chemistry at A Levels (Both A for AS Level - highest grade), which are subjects I now teach with great passion and expertise. I received multiple offers from top universities, including HKU, CUHK, and HKUST in Hong Kong, as well as Imperial College London, UCL, University of Edinburgh, and King’s College London in the UK. Therefore, I can provide complimentary help with University guidance and personal statement (I will provide my personal statements for different Universities as well). Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience tutoring students from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of goals. Whether it’s improving exam techniques, enhancing memorization techniques, or gaining a clearer understanding of complex concepts, I tailor each lesson to meet the individual needs of my students. My teaching philosophy is rooted in personalization, encouragement, and building confidence. Many of my students have significantly improved their performance (for example, improving grade from E to B in 2 months) and, most importantly, developed a genuine enjoyment for science.
