I believe that every child has the potential to do well in the subject given the correct guidance, and as a tutor, I would be able to give personalised attention to your child by identifying areas of strength and weaknesses in order to help him / her improve. I am a Singapore-trained and Hong Kong EDB registered teacher with experience teaching English and History in local and international schools. I last held the position of Subject Head of History in a top-tier international school overseeing six years of history education from Secondary 1 - IBDP. A recipient of a government overseas teaching scholarship, I majored in History and have a strong academic grounding in the subject. I have a proven track record of helping students achieve quality grades in History, achieving >70% cohort distinctions in national (GCE O levels) or international exams (IGCSE), or Grade 6 or 7 in IB History.
