[Basic Situation] I am a 29-year-old native English speaker from Hong Kong. I have completed my education in a fully English-taught environment at ESF schools and university in the UK and am confident in my language skills. I am patient, approachable, and passionate about teaching. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simpler ideas to help students speak and understand English and various other subjects. [Personal Achievements] I graduated with strong academic performance, excelling in subjects such as English, mathematics in GCSE, obtaining the highest grades for my BTEC subjects, Distinction Star for Business and Double Distinction for Art & Design, as well as holding a BA(Hons) Product Design Degree from Leeds Beckett University in UK. My education has equipped me with excellent communication and analytical skills, which I aim to share with my students. [Teaching/Tutoring Experience] I have experience mainly teaching English at a local tutor center in Hong Kong for 4+ years now for kids of various ages, ranging from kindergarten to Primary 6. This has given me an understanding of different learning styles and how to adapt my teaching methods to suit each student’s needs. I enjoy seeing the kids I teach grow and learn ad they become more knowledgeable in the English language.
