Academic Distinctions/Scholarships: - Achieved cum laude honors (Top 15% CGPA ranking in the Architecture and Civil Engineering Department at CityU) and received Dean’s List recognition for the semester B of 2024/25. - Throughout my four years at university, I received six scholarships, two of which were awarded by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in 2024 and 2025.
