Hello, my name is Hina I am 20 my whole life I have been passionate about teaching I wish to gain experience and learn more about understanding children and how to better facilitate their skills, knowledge, attitude towards education. My skills are • Assessing student's learning needs: i will evaluate a student's academic strengths, weaknesses, and learning style to tailor their approach • Developing personalized lesson plans: Based on the assessment, can create customized lesson plans and teaching strategies to help the student improve in specific subject areas • Providing one-on-one or small group instruction: i work directly with students, either individually or in small groups, to deliver targeted lessons and provide guidance • Identifying learning barriers: i am able to recognize and address any obstacles or challenges a student may be facing that are hindering their academic progress. • Offering academic support and mentoring: Beyond just teaching content, also provide encouragement, study tips, and help students develop important learning skills and habits. • Tracking progress and adjusting approach: i will closely monitor a student's progress and regularly assess the effectiveness of their teaching methods, making adjustments as needed.
