I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education from Shanxi Normal University, a Master’s Degree in TESOL from the University of Leeds (with Merit), and have recently completed an IBDP Certificate in Language and Literature A from the University of Toronto, alongside a CLIL-focused programme at the University of Hong Kong. These qualifications reflect my dedication to both theoretical knowledge and practical application in language teaching, and fully meet the requirement for a recognised degree and postgraduate training in education. My teaching career spans over twenty years at Taiyuan No. 12 High School, where I have taught English to high-achieving students in "Science Rocket Class" and "AI Class" and served as Head Teacher for the "Liberal Arts Rocket Class." I have consistently achieved top teaching results and a 100% satisfaction rate in student evaluations. My experience also includes leading the Teaching and Learning Research Group at the International Department, where I was responsible for curriculum development, teaching management, and IELTS/TOEFL instruction—roles that have honed my skills in curriculum design and cross-cultural communication. I have had the privilege of participating in two visiting scholar programmes: one at the University of Reading, UK, and another at the Halifax Education Bureau, Canada. These international experiences not only enriched my pedagogical approaches but also strengthened my ability to teach in EMI settings and adapt to diverse learning environments. In addition to my teaching practice, I am actively engaged in educational research and have contributed as a key research member in a collaborative project between Beijing Normal University and the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. I have delivered demonstration classes and open lectures on municipal education television and have volunteered in rural teaching initiatives, reflecting my commitment to educational equity and lifelong learning.
