I am Jonathan, I am currently a year 3 undergraduate student studying Chinese Medicine at the University of Hong Kong. Previously, I studied in a full english learning and teaching environment at an International School for 9years (from 4th to 12th grade) and achieved a final grade of 6 in IB, thus I consider English as my first language. With my fluent English, I am confident to provide full English teaching and English essay editing for my students. Furthermore, I am fluent in Chinese and Cantonese. In addition, I am more than capable to tutor Biology as I achieved a final grade of 7 in IB Biology HL and I am also currently studying Medicine in University. Last but not least, I have the patience and passion for teaching, as well as tutoring experience with children ranging from 5 year old to 18 year old.

Virginia has a strong passion for teaching and learning. Her mission is to provide opportunities for students to make music they love and to proceed at their own pace individually and to develop wider musical skills by small theory games (in the case of teaching children and beginners). Meanwhile, Virginia has been giving onetoone tuition students of all ages and levels, in subjects such as Mathematics and Chemistry. She teaches in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She also has solid classroom teaching experiences, notably acquired through teaching English in Summer Schools in Guangzhou, China in 2012. Music Qualifications / Achievements: - Virginia is currently a masters student majoring in composition at King’s College London, under the supervision of Professor Silvina Milstein. Previously also an undergraduate at King's, Virginia graduated with firstclass honours in music. She studied violin with Nicolas Dupont and Georgia Hannant through the King's College London ℳ Royal Academy of Music joint performance programme. Prior to her music degrees, Virginia was awarded a distinction in Grade 8 Violin, following with a DipABRSM performance Diploma one year later - Primary as a violinist, Virginia has played in a variety of orchestras including University of London Symphony Orchestra, King's College London Symphony Orchestra, and Asian Youth Orchestra. As well as orchestral playing, Virginia enjoys playing in smaller groups notably with the KCLMMS sinfonietta. Virginia has also earned ABRSM Grade 8 Piano and music theory. She is also an erhu player who previously studied with Professor Colin Huehns at the Royal Academy of Music - Additionally, Virginia is a young composer whose goal is to spread the enjoyment of musicmaking through writing pieces using a comprehensible, engaging musical language. She is keen to transfer her passions to her audiences. She was very fortunate to be studying composition under Robert Keeley and Edward Nesbit - Aside from composing and performing, Virginia has more than threeyears of experience in arts administration. Having been the director’s assistant, events manager and interned for various music groups such as London City Philharmonic, The English Music Festival and LSO St Luke’s, Virginia actively assisted with the organization of concerts. Having been a strong arts professional, she is recently selected as the intern for the department of music to further assist the department's general operations

Dear Sir / Madam, Even though I am a INVALID’s student at The University of Manchester (UK), majINVALIDing in Nuclear Science INVALID Technology, I wasn't good at studying from the very beginning. During my juniINVALID high school, I was a probational student achieving the wINVALIDst grades possible. Until one day, a peer of mine gave me a speech INVALID some skills which changed my whole attitude towards studying. From that point onwards, I was getting academic scholarships almost every single year. Having the skills to study is impINVALIDtant but I would rather emphasize having the cINVALIDrect mindset (As most of the kids these days don't really know what they are studying fINVALID) One of my previous students managed to grind his way up from an average scINVALIDe of E to a B, after half a year of tutINVALIDing.
