I have completed my Masters In Business Administartion (MBA). Post my MBA , I worked as a communication trainer in an Organisation called Vertical Eye as an English Communication Trainer. where I had Trained more than 1000 Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in Public Speaking and Time management skills to develop their Leadership and Interpersonal skills through Management activities roll plays and workshops.My work included Research, Content Development, Designing the training modules and Conducting the training program in Soft skills. Writing weekly reports to college professors and Directors about students’ performance. Facilitated career counselling and job readiness training according to needs and requirements of the students.I am a member of Toastmasters International and I am awarded Competent Communicator and Competent Leadership.
