With over three years as Educational Manager at First Academy Education Limited, where I developed tailored learning programmes for students and parents, designed curricula and lecture series, arranged school schedules, trained teachers, provided constructive feedback, and liaised closely with parents and students, I have discovered my deep passion for education and the joy of empowering young learners. Holding two Master's degrees in International Relations (from the University of Warsaw and the University of Haifa) and a BA in International Studies, I bring strong subject knowledge in global affairs, diplomacy, and cross-cultural understanding, combined with advanced English, fluent Cantonese, and upper-intermediate Mandarin. My extensive experience in stakeholder coordination, programme design, clear communication, and creating supportive learning environments has equipped me to inspire curiosity, guide students through challenges, and foster confident, engaged learners in the classroom. I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to bring my dedication, creativity, and care into teaching and make a meaningful difference in students' lives.
