I will begin my PhD in Mathematics at the University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Professor Ngô Bảo Châu in September 2026. I graduated from ShanghaiTech University, ranked first in my department with a GPA of 3.87/4.00, and previously studied at UC Berkeley as an exchange student. I can teach in both English and Mandarin. I have several years of experience tutoring mathematics to secondary school and university students, covering examination preparation, university-level mathematics and advanced problem-solving. I have also mentored students in mathematical modelling competitions for several years, including model formulation, programming, data analysis and paper writing. As the team leader of an MCM Outstanding Winner team, I can provide practical competition guidance. In addition, I have served as a teaching assistant for Homological Algebra, Mathematical Logic and Algebraic Topology. I offer personalised lesson plans, clear notes and step-by-step explanations. My teaching focuses on genuine understanding, rigorous reasoning and helping each student develop independent problem-solving skills.
