Hello! My name is Serena, and I am a licensed teacher and childcare worker in Hong Kong with six years of experience in early years education. I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and have been a fully licensed teacher for 6 years. Before relocating to Hong Kong, I spent ten years studying and training in the United Kingdom. I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and engaging learning environment where children feel confident and motivated. My teaching style is patient, playful, and child-centred, with a strong focus on building language skills, confidence, and a genuine love of learning. I particularly enjoy supporting learners with English language development. I am reliable, well-organised, and experienced in working with children of different abilities and backgrounds. Outside of teaching, I enjoy stretching, dancing, reading, and exploring nature — interests that often help me connect with students in a fun and natural way.
