I have had the luxury of studying at 5 different universities and this have definitely put me close to the latest research in education and effective teaching methods. I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature in various aspects. It is my desire as an educator to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that invites a sharing of ideas. There are three elements that I believe are conducive to establishing such an environment. They include: the teacher acting as a guide, empowerment of students and promoting respect for all.
