I studied overseas in the US for 3 years, took the rigorous IB program (40/45), have experience tutoring K12 children for around 2 years, and have started a gifted tutoring program for children which trained them to participate in Math Olympiads.

I'm Grace and am currently in the first year of HKUST. I've taught math and english for secondary students before in English. For my high school qualification, I've done International Baccalaureate (IB), so I'm willing to teach IB subjects as well, especially math, physics and English. I am Sunena Kharbanda from India. I have currently completed my Year 1 in HKUST. I am an engineering student & my major is Computer Science & Engineering. I have a strong hold over the subjects of English, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) & Mathematics.

I am currently a year 2 student studying Medicine. I am an experienced tutor, having taught Math and English at various levels before. I look forward to tutoring Math, English, Biology and Chemistry at various levels and under different curriculums -IB/DSE/GSCE. Aside from being a subject-based tutor, I also offer lessons on public speaking or debate as I have prior debate and public speaking experience in Sing Tao Inter-school Debates and Standard Chartered Public Speaking Contests which are useful since they have helped me improve my eloquence in these languages. I am fluent in English, Cantonese, Putonghua, Tagalog and Fukien; I am interested in tutoring students to better learn those languages so that they can become more fluent. I also offer piano lessons, having completed Grade 8 and winning multiple competitions like the Hong Kong Youth Piano Competition.

I studied law (LLB 2018; PCLL 2019) at Kings College London (UK) and the University of Hong Kong. I am passionate to prepare local and international students for English, IELTS, IB/GCE Economics and/or IB/IGCSE/GCE Mathematics as well as offer career guidance to aspired law students. Before university, I attended St. Paul’s Co-educational College in Hong Kong and later Canford School in the United Kingdom, where I achieved 2 A*s and 3 As for my GCE. I graduated high school with the International Baccalaureate(IB) bilingual diploma and received a final grade of 42 out of 45. I am currently studying the Bachelor of Physiotherapy at PolyU. I have 3 years experience in tutoring IB, IGCSE and AP Biology. I achieved a grade of 7/7 for Biology and Chemistry Higher Level and Maths AASL in my IB exam. I was also awarded the overall academic scholarship in high school. I competed in a Biological Health Exhibition Competition held by CUHK Faculty of Medicine and received first place. My personal experience on IB and IGCSE enables me to better understand my student’s learning progress and difficulties. I will make my lessons interactive, and explain the content to my students in the simplest way possible to facilitate understanding. I will also teach my students the content with real world examples to facilitate better knowledge application and hence exam techniques. I will adjust my teaching style according to my student’s needs and design personalized learning programs for my students to enhance their learning experience and grades. I hope to approach my students in a friendly manner so they would feel comfortable to reach out to me whenever they have any questions or feel confused about the subject content.

本人早已考獲八級樂理，並於鋼琴中以 Distinction 成績考獲 Licentiate of Trinity College London (LTCL) 的資格。雖然年紀尚輕，但亦已從教會中獲得教導小朋友建立良好鋼琴基本功的機會，同時擁有教導成年人進考ABRSM各級琴試的經驗。上課時間彈性大，用心盡責，望能讓學生考取級數的同時，亦能享受音樂的樂趣。 2018文憑試畢業生，Best5 30分，數學、M1、History 及Biology皆有5*或以上成績。

現就讀英國倫敦帝國理工學院(世界排名十大內) 生物化學系一年級，已獲取公開試成績: A level 3A* (Maths, Biology, Chemistry), 1A (Physics) GCSE 10A* (including Sciences and Maths) 2019 Chemistry Olympiad gold medalist and British Biology Olympiad silver medalist IELTS 8.0 有一年補習經驗, 曾敎授中小學數理科, IGCSE/ GCE Sciences, 曾令學生於測驗由30分跳至70多分 提供Past Paper及whatsapp問功課服務
