For postgraduate education , I completed my Master degree in Computer Science, specializing in information security with the Hong Kong University. During the earlier time, I graduated with a double degree majoring in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Washington-Seattle, United States. I have taught in Operational Management, English, Mathematics, Economics and Japanese. Ever since a kid, I have been studying in famous schools, for instance Sheng Kung Hui Kindergarten Hong Kong, St. Francis Cannossian School and College, St. Paul’s Convent School (Secondary Section), St. Paul’s Secondary School, St. Paul’s Co-educational College, Island School, University of Washington—one of the top 10 Business Schools in the United States and Hong Kong University—the top University in Hong Kong. Having worked for the Yahoo Inc., migrated to the United States for more than 11 years, taught in the university and studied in top schools; I have become a native English speaker and strategic teacher, who can innovatively work well with students to ace the quizzes, assessments, tests and exams. With 24 years of teaching experience and have nurtured students now being nutritionists, lawyers, architects, engineers, doctors, translators and army man, whom are honoured graduate students in University of California—Davis, London School of Economics, Hong Kong University, University of Edinberg and Queen Mary University; I am good at boosting students’ grades, leveraging their strengths, motivating their interest to learn and shaping them as a professional. I can efficaciously maximize the students’ time by teaching key points in order to elevate their grades within a short period of time. By whole heartedly devoting to students, I can swiftly foresee their needs, talents, weaknesses and select the appropriate exercises to excel their exam results. Furthermore, I am capable of building up trust with students via genuine communication and positive encouragement; in order to arouse their interests to learn and study in a fun, enjoyable and effective way.
