Julie started her violin journey at the age of six. With her passionate and commitment in music, Julie decided to further develop her musical skills and knowledge at Royal Holloway, University of London under the guidance of Francesca Barritt and Jeremy Isaac. She obtained both Master of Music with merit and Bachelor of Music with scholarship specialised in violin performance all along the way. Under the conductor guidance of Rebecca Miller, Julie participated actively in both Royal Holloway Symphony and Chamber Orchestra playing alongside with London Mozart Players. Besides being a violin performer, Julie is also a very enthusiastic violin instructor. Her goal is to encourage and motivate young musicians to enjoy music and eventually leading to his or her own style of performing.

就讀中文大學音樂系三年級，主修小提琴和教學法，已考獲LTCL。 有四年教學經驗，曾於不同琴行和各中小學的樂器班教授。

My name is Ivan. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Oregon, Eugene Oregon (USA) in 2015 and graduated with Master of Business Administration from University of Montana, Missoula Montana (USA) in 2018. While I was studying in the US, I worked part-time as a Math Tutor for 3rd grade students. I have three years working experience as a Business Analyst in a commercial investment firm and project Coordinator in Financial Institutions. I worked at City University of Hong Kong from April 2018 to May 2019 as a research assistant and took part as a Tutor, mainly teaching statistics for undergraduate students. I am currently working as a project coordinator at HSBC and Ive learned how to deal with different people using my problem solving and communication skills. I believe that those skills set would be beneficial to not only myself but students I teach. I graduated from University of Toronto (UofT) with the Bachelor Degree in Music Education, with the passion and ability to make a real contribution as a music educator. I believe I am capable to perform well in my education career. During my four year study in UofT, to meet the highest academic standard, I studied hard on the courses for relevant academic knowledge, learned musical techniques in class room and outside of class room from top musicians, practiced in performance as a member of UofT’s Symphony Orchestra. Starting from high school, I acted as parttime music teacher to primary school students, as the early practice in music teaching. While in high school, I completed the AP courses in mathematics and physics, which enable me to teach other courses in secondary school too.
