Hello! My name is Aliyah. I have many years of experience teaching local children, (primary and secondary students), to help improve their spoken English (phonics, accent, conversation and pronunciation), written English (vocabulary, grammar and spelling), reading and listening language skills (comprehension). I am a TESOL/TEFL and CELTA-certified native English teacher with over 18 years of teaching experience in HK and the USA. Following the British curriculum, I have been educated in HK, in ESF schools (kindergarten - Sunnyside, primary - Beacon Hill and secondary King George V schools). I earned my bachelor’s degree from HKPU. After teaching in International and local schools as a class teacher and an English teacher for 8 years, I decided to focus on tutoring English.
