Despite being 19 years old, I have already accumulated valuable teaching experience in various roles. Currently, I am studying arts in English for professional communication at UOWCHK, which has provided me with a strong foundation in effective communication and language skills. Previously, I had the opportunity to work as a substitute at SSCEM YLTH for a few months, where I gained firsthand experience in managing classrooms and delivering lessons. This role allowed me to develop my teaching techniques and adaptability to different learning environments. Following my stint as a substitute, I worked as an assistant tutor at SSCEM YLTH for a year. This experience further enhanced my understanding of student needs and enabled me to provide individualized support and guidance. Fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Continuing my teaching journey, I then worked as a tutor at Samyukta for 5 months. This experience exposed me to a diverse range of students with varying learning styles and abilities. It allowed me to refine my instructional strategies and tailor my teaching methods to meet the specific needs of each student. Currently, I am working as a Chinese teacher and homework tutor at PRAISE Yuen Long. This role has provided me with hands-on experience in teaching Chinese language skills and assisting students with their homework. It has deepened my understanding of curriculum development and the importance of creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. Overall, my combination of formal education in English for professional communication, along with my extensive teaching and tutoring experience, equips me with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively engage with students and facilitate their learning journey.
