I hold a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Huddersfield and a master’s degree in music performance from the University of Manchester. I have achieved Piano Grade 8 certification and earned recognition in competitions such as the Hong Kong Music Festival (HKIPPA) and the Manhattan International Young Artist Music Festival, alongside participating in masterclasses with renowned musicians including Mr Aristo Sham and Ms Colleen Lee. During my studies, I have taught piano, voice, and music theory to children and youth, progressing from Teaching Assistant to lead instructor at Stream of Praise Music Ministries. My lessons focus on technical growth, creativity, and building students’confidence, whether in one-on-one or group settings. Moreover, my conducting roles with the Skipton Camerata, Bolton Symphony Orchestra, and the University of Manchester Student Orchestra have equipped me with skills in repertoire selection, score preparation, and leading ensembles of over 60 musicians.
