Hello everyone, I am Miss Nancy Ng. I have been graduated on High Diploma in Play-based Learning. My strengths are communicating with others and listening to students’ thoughts, feelings, and opinions. Through this, I can understand each student’s learning needs and help them improve their result marks. Before starting lessons, I will first understand the student’s current level and their common mistakes. Then I explain concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way, so students truly understand—not just memorize answers. My teaching approach follows a Demonstration → Practice → Individual Correction method. I will provide examples first, then guide students through practice, and modify their work step by step. At the same time, I adjust the practice content according to each learner’s level, so every student can progress steadily. In addition, I arrange practice based on the curriculumand the types of exam questions from easy to difficult, helping students build confidence, improve accuracy, and gradually increase problem-solving speed. I also follow up on revision and homework, regularly check learning progress, and adjust the study plan to ensure consistent improvement. I will maintain clear communication with parents, so they can fully understand their child’s learning situation and the next goals. In my teaching experience, I taught primary school students at the Jockey Club Cheung Wah Youth Space, guiding them through their homework and helping them build stronger study routines. In addition, during my internship at HHCKLA Buddhist Ching Kok Lin Association School, I provided tutoring support—assisting students with lesson understanding and helping them complete learning tasks more effectively. In addition, I can provide exercises and notes for different grade levels, which I will use during our lessons to support students’ learning and revision.
