Hi! My name is Hoyan Liu, an 18-year-old IB graduate from the 2026 cohort at Island School, ESF. My first language is English, and I prioritise specialised teaching for each student. I will understand each student's unique strengths and weaknesses before creating a study plan that helps them excel and feel confident in the subject I tutor. I am patient and flexible in my teaching. IGCSE: A* in English (Cambridge)/ 9 in Biology (Edexcel)/ 8 in Chemistry (Edexcel) IB: 7 in English (Lang Lit) HL/ 6 in Biology HL and Chemistry HL IELTS: 8.5/9 (Reading and Listening 9/9) I have no tutoring experience, but I have previously done extracurricular teaching sessions in school for younger year students. I am happy to provide study and exam tips, homework, past paper resources, as well as notes for students!
