Hi! I’m Erkam, a second-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). I have a strong background in Maths, Physics and Programming, with a 790/800 SAT Math score and 105 TOEFL. I currently work as a Student Teaching Assistant at HKU, helping students with programming and problem-solving, and I also have experience teaching and mentoring students in robotics. I teach Maths, Physics and Programming, and can also help with SAT Math. I’m patient and friendly, and I always try to explain concepts in a simple way rather than just giving students formulas to memorize. For the first lesson, I usually assess the student’s current level, strengths and weaknesses. From there, I adjust the lessons based on their goals and provide relevant practice and resources. My lessons are interactive and focused on building both understanding and problem-solving skills. I am available for both in-person and online tutoring.
