I am a passionate and dedicated educator with over 20 years of teaching experience in both online and traditional classroom settings, working with students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. I have extensive experience teaching English online to students in Hong Kong and Cambodia, where I developed engaging, student-centered lessons tailored to different learning abilities, needs, and proficiency levels. In addition, I served as an Academic Coordinator in an international school in Cambodia for 12 years, where I provided academic leadership, supervised teaching and learning activities, monitored student progress, and supported the implementation of effective instructional strategies. As an educator, I am patient, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. I believe that every learner has a unique pace and learning style, and I strive to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Whether teaching online or face-to-face, I consistently monitor my students' progress, assess their understanding, provide constructive feedback, and adjust my teaching approaches to ensure meaningful learning outcomes. My goal is not only to help students improve their English skills but also to build their confidence, motivation, and love for learning.
