I graduated with an engineering degree this provides me with a very technical knowledge and mathematic background. I pursued my interest in leadership issues by getting to be a project leader in many university’s projects. It included a software system project and two embedded system projects. This experience enhanced my team working and communication skills and my ability to deal with problems in stressful situations. I have also demonstrated my skills and ability in the final year project, which is an individual project. I received very high compliments from my final year project supervisor, Professor Wuqiang Yang, from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in the University of Manchester and received a Final Year Project Prize Award from the University. All these projects taught me a great deal about how to motivate a team when enthusiasm wanes and also developed my communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, I also drafted a patent application for my project.<br><br>After I graduated I joined UBS Investment Bank as a Technology Analyst. Since I joined UBS, UBS has provided me with a very comprehensive training for understanding the background of finance, various types of financial products, wealth management and asset management in the graduate training program, as well as the Business University in London. <br><br>Now, I have resigned from the bank and decided to go back Hong Kong due to personal reason. I speak fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
