After graduation, I worked as teaching assistant in the University of Melbourne and also tutored a number of high school and university students from Australia, Hong Kong and China. I have more than ten years of experience in coaching HSC/IB/GCSE/A-Level/DSE students, and also biomedical and elementary chemistry subjects in University level. My long experience in tutoring enable me to recognize the common misconceptions and mistakes among students, and also the common question types in various public examinations. My personalized teaching techniques will help students to consolidate and build upon foundation, identify and overcome their weaknesses, and develop critical and analytical skills necessary for the success of study. I have prepared a set of succinct handouts and can prepare worked solutions for past examination questions. I am currently a full time private tutor, thus can flexibly arrange time for tutorial. I can teach fluently in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.

曾就讀聖保羅男女中學，畢業於啟新書院，在瑞典留學一年，可謂體驗過本地傳統學校、國際學校、與外國的教育。語文對個人成長、學習和工作都有很深遠的影響。我希望透過有趣的方式，令其他人享受學習語言的過程。 我曾十分討厭英語，但其後發現，學習語言不是要對著書本背生字、不需要有特定的口音。語言可以溝通，可以帶我們到外面的世界，得到新的想法。那當然，怎樣也要應用在學科上面。只是抱著這樣的心態，學習變得有趣，生字、文法，更容易掌握，事半功倍。

本人現於英國修讀獸醫學，中學修讀國際文憑(IB)以41/45分畢業。過往曾於泰國、中國內地、台灣等地擔任義工，由英語、功課輔導到興趣班都能得心應手。另外，本人以獎勵及鼓勵為教學理念，希望為學生培養對知識的興趣及學習的熱誠。

我來自北京，普通話是我的母語，畢業於內地大學。在香港從事普通話教學超過十年，普通話水平測試一級（96.1分），主要教授普通話拼音課程，普教中中文和寫作課程，中一至中三文言文課程，校際朗誦課程，GAPSK小學和中學普通話水平測試課程，普通話囗語應用課程。在過往香港校際朗誦比賽，學生多次取得普通話獨誦（詩詞,散文）冠，亚，季軍，两次取得中學普通話集誦冠軍。

現為倫敦大學學院及港大法律系雙學位學生。高中以優異成績(43/45)畢業於著名國際學校(IB Diploma)。能提供IB的補習服務以及大學申請服務。亦歡迎視像上課。

I graduated from Renaissance College (international school) with an IB diploma (HL subjects: English A1, Mandarin B, Theatre/ SL subjects: Math Studies, Psychology, Biology). Dear Sir / Madam, Even though I am a master’s student at The University of Manchester (UK), majoring in Nuclear Science and Technology, I wasn't good at studying from the very beginning. During my junior high school, I was a probational student achieving the worst grades possible. Until one day, a peer of mine gave me a speech and some skills which changed my whole attitude towards studying. From that point onwards, I was getting academic scholarships almost every single year. Having the skills to study is important but I would rather emphasize having the correct mindset (As most of the kids these days don't really know what they are studying for) One of my previous students managed to grind his way up from an average score of E to a B, after half a year of tutoring.
