My name is Kendall Lit and I am studying at HKCC marketing association degree since 2020. In 2018 , I joined the Project WeCan Programme , I worked as an intern at KPMG during my summer holiday. There is no denying that I have learnt a lot from this internship experience. I have learnt to be proactive is a case in point.And I realise my weakness which is English. With more practice , I can be much more confident to talk and work with others in English. Apart from internship , I joined the Project WeCan Young Innovators Bazaar in Hollywood for 3 years . It is my very first time to participate in a work that is running a business and I have learnt some marketing and communications skill. Furthermore, I am the head prefect and my duties are manage our teams in order to manage our student’s behaviour. Being the head prefect, I have learnt to be an independent person and have leadership. With our effort , we achieved remarkable results and were awarded with the champion for Most Popular Promotion Video, first runnerup for Best Team Spirit and second runnerup for Most Favorite Product. In my free time , I like hiking and doing yoga as these can help me to refresh my mind and take a deep breath from my hectic life.
