Irene Cheng earned the award of the ATCL diploma with distinction in 2016, and she is now studying piano with the celebrated pedagogue Dr. Helen Cha. Under the music studies with Ms. Colleen Lee, Mr. Kinwai Sham, Ms. Ling Hui, Ms. Julie Kuok, Dr. Steven Ho and Ms. Joyce Chueng, she accomplished her major and minor studies in piano performance and jazz music respectively. She is a firstclass honoured undergraduate from the Education University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Music in Education (Honours) (Contemporary Music and Performance Pedagogy) Programme in 2021, and received the president’s list. She is currently studying Masters of Arts in Music in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, major in piano, with the guidance of the Hong Kong famous pianist Ms. Nancy Loo. 2016年以優異（Distinction）成績獲得ATCL文憑，師承著名音樂教育家查海倫博士。 她先後曾接受李嘉齡、許寧、郭品文、岑健威等名師指導下完成了鋼琴演奏主修，並同時在接受何崇志博士及張貝芝的指導下完成爵士音樂副修。最終於2021年畢業於香港教育大學，在教育音樂學士（榮譽）（當代音樂與表演教育學）課程中獲得了一等榮譽，並榮登校長榮譽榜，獲校長嘉許。現於香港中文大學攻讀音樂文學碩士，在香港著名鋼琴家羅乃生指導下主修鋼琴。 教學經驗： From beginner to diploma level (6 years) 個人專長及教學心得： Tailor made courses according to the ability and goals of each student Focus on raising student’s interest in learning music through any music they love, like classical, jazz, movie songs, pop music or even disney music and nursery rhymes for kids Learning music foundation is also another important element to develop with the interest at the same time: 1.
