梁氏以全額獎學金畢業於香港演藝學院音樂系，主修大提琴演奏。現師隨潘穎芝博士和王磊教授，現在為英國皇家音樂學院碩士生，師承 Prof. Jo Cole 梁氏亦活躍於不同的樂團，包括獲香港弦樂團、香港理工大學、澳門樂團 Macau Orchestra 、泛亞交響樂團、香港電影金像獎2024 等等邀請參與演出 梁氏亦參與不同的大師班，例如王建 Jian Wang、馮智勇 Zlatomir Fung、Lluís Claret大師班。早前也獲得香港電台邀請參與訪問，更以專業樂手身分參與姜濤、陳蕾、林家謙等演唱會，亦在2025年陳慧嫻40週年演唱會擔任大提琴獨奏家；最近亦以獨奏者身分參與香港演藝大提琴節的演出。 梁氏現授教多名學生，年齡分別由3歲到成年，當中學生大多數為本地中小學名校，當中包括喇沙、聖保羅書院、港大同學會、男拔 及 德瑞國際學校等等。 了解如何有效傳授知識給學生，因材施教，貼合學生程度訂立課程，務求令學生可以培養對大提琴的興趣和有效吸取知識；亦重視拉琴基本功及思維，深信有良好的根基才可以學習和發展得長遠；亦會同時教授樂理，令學生學習得更深入，能夠學以致用。 Andrew Leung graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a full scholarship, studying under Dr. Letty Poon. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree at the Royal Academy of Music in the United Kingdom, studying under Prof. Jo Cole. He is a freelance cellist and music educator with extensive performance and teaching experience. As both a soloist and orchestral musician, Andrew has performed on various stages locally and internationally, collaborating with ensembles such as the Pan Asia Symphony Orchestra and the Hong Kong String Orchestra. In recent years, he has also been active in the pop music scene, participating in major concerts and events, including Terence Lam White Summer Live Concert 2025, the 42nd Hong Kong Film Awards (2024), Panther Chan Live Concert 2024, and Keung To Live Concert 2023. Notably, he served as the cello soloist in Priscilla Chan Live Concert 2025. Andrew has studied under numerous internationally renowned musicians, including Jian Wang, Zlatomir Fung, Lluís Claret, Ida Kavafian, and Steven Tenenbom. He has also performed twice as a soloist at the Academy Cello Festival (2023–2025) and was invited by Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) for an exclusive interview and performance. Beyond performing, Andrew is passionate about music education. With years of teaching experience, he currently teaches cello at several local schools, dedicating himself to inspiring students‘ passion for music and their expressive capabilities.
