I am a passionate and dedicated English teacher and tutor with a broad range of experience across various age ranges. I am currently obtaining my teacher qualification in Early Childhood Education as well as a TEFL qualification. I obtained top results (5**) in the HKDSE for English as well as a a score of 8.5/9 in IELTS. As an avid speaker and debater, I achieved top results in various local and international debating and mooting competitions. Such competitions include the annual Speech Festival, where I (as well as my previous students) consistently achieved scores over 85, the Sing Tao debating competition, and the Vis East Moot. Having tutored since university, I have over 5 years of experience under my belt. I have experience with both local and international schools at the primary and secondary level across Hong Kong. My prior students attended top institutions such as French International School, Kau Yan School, St. Louis School, and Marymount Primary School. I am able to provide tutoring for younger children aged 3 and up, focusing on English phonics (Letterland) in a fun and interactive way - ensuring age appropriate development while ensuring your child is challenged appropriately. I also have a broad range of material and content for both primary and secondary students. These materials can include writing prompts, reading tasks, and speaking and speech activities.
