I am Saleem Zumar, but you can call me Zummi. I’m an enthusiastic and dedicated educator passionate about fostering effective learning experiences for preschoolers. With hands-on teaching experience in various educational settings, I have developed and implemented engaging lesson plans that enhance language skills and promote active student participation. My experience as a student teacher across multiple kindergartens has given me a deep understanding of child development principles and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Coupled with my strong communication and interpersonal skills, I strive to create interactive learning environments that support children's growth. I hold a Higher Diploma and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education, and I am fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi. Outside the classroom, I enjoy badminton, photography, and hiking, reflecting my commitment to personal development and a well-rounded lifestyle.
