Introduction

An early retiree in my mid 50s, I have had over 30 years of professional senior executive experience in the field of marketing research and consulting for multinational companies. Last year I decided to take an early retirement and take up teaching and tutoring for my second career to help students nowadays. This is promoted by my desire to help the new generation of students to cope with the ever increasing learning challenges as well stress they face. I had over 5 years of tutoring experience in the 1980s when I was in secondary school (聖言中學）before I emigrated to the US with my family in 1987.
