本人自初中起已開始指導小學生功課和協助備考，畢業於傳統band1英中(修數理科)，持商科學位，及後赴海外修畢幼師資歴(回港認證為註冊教師)，具多元豐富教與學經驗, 較全面掌握由K3升初小、及由高小(分段呈分試)至初中各過渡階段的學習適應與困難。
以體恤的心諒解學生於繁重課業壓力下，對知識吸收和融會或感茫無頭緒，本人予以耐心啟導, 延展至重點解題和應用，以助學生較輕省應對測考等關口；同時著重與家長溝通配合, 於尊重學生意願的大前提下，按其進度適補底/鞏固/增潤，寬嚴兼施共建默契，助學生提升學習效能。
