I'm a freshman piano performance major, studying at the Eastman School of Music (伊斯曼音樂學院) in New York . I've been studying piano for 11 years and was a student of pianist Cheng Wai (鄭慧) when I was in Hong Kong. I also took flute lessons with Ms Linda Stuckey and Ms Megan Sterling from the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra In 2007, I've achieved the L.T.C.L. in piano performance with distinction from the Trinity College of Music, London. In 2008, I've also achieved the A.T.C.L. in flute performance from the Trinity College of Music, London.<br><br>I have won prizes in competitions, including 2 champions and three-2nd prizes in solos and duos in the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival. In 2001, I won the 5th prize in the 65th Steinway & Sons International Youth Piano Competition. I also achieved the “Outstanding Award” in the Mozart Piano Competition in 2003.<br><br>I have also gained a wide range of performance experience, including solo and concertos. In 2008, I performed Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No.3 with the Hong Kong Children’s Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Dr Gabriel Leung. In the same year, I performed the Yellow River Piano Concerto in the Jadeite Instrumental Recital. I also toured with Hong Kong Children's Symphony Orchestra as a principle flute to Singapore, Malaysia, China, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York City, Portland, San Francisco and Canada.<br><br>I give piano lessons from elementary level to performance level. I assure my students will learn efficiently from me on both performance skills and musical knowledge. Flute lessons are also available from beginners to advanced level. Accompany services are also available. I can teach in both Cantonese and English.<br><br>I will be in Hong Kong from May 10 - Jun 19, Jun 29 - Aug 30.
